My reasoning for becoming a mental health counselor stems from moments in my past when I witnessed others who were unable to advocate and speak up for themselves. For as long as I can remember, I have always had a drive and motivation to help others yet it wasn’t until I began to dig into how the brain functions that I found my true calling.

Now that I have found my purpose, I strive to help others view themselves in a different and more positive way and I get to do that at Flow Therapy. Flow Therapy allows me to customize an individualized approach to each person and be a part of their journey to a better and healthier life which in return aids me to become a stronger therapist to continue to work with others to conquer similar struggles.

As your therapist, I plan to help you to re-find your passions and motivation to achieve specific goals for yourself and your future. I strongly believe that we have the power to change our lives by focusing one day at a time and striving to be the best version of ourselves and to do this, we go back to the basics: things that bring us joy. I can teach you ways to shift your thinking to allow you to thrive in the face of challenges, understand your emotions, be more effective in your relationships, and create meaning in all areas of your life.

Let me help you find your best version of yourself and by supporting you on this part of your journey because YOU deserve to feel good again. YOU can do anything you put your mind to. I'll be by your side on your journey and we will get results together by focusing on YOUR goals and yours alone (not society's or other's expectations).

You may not control all the events that happen to you, but you can decide not to be reduced by them.
