Group Book Discussion

GroupTherapy

Group therapy is a type of mental health treatment where a small group of individuals meet together with a trained therapist to discuss shared experiences, offer support, and work toward personal growth. During group therapy, participants can build social skills, improve self-esteem, gain insight into their thoughts and emotions, and develop healthier coping strategies while finding a sense of connection and community with others.
