Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a type of mental health treatment where a person meets one-on-one with a trained therapist to address their emotional or psychological challenges. During individual therapy, the therapist will listen, offer support, and help the individual develop strategies and skills to manage their symptoms and improve their overall well-being.
